The wheat question
When you look at this picture, you may ask yourself whether this actually is wheat and not perhaps rye – the long awns (as these "hairs" are called) could be an indication of this. We wanted to get to the bottom of this and asked some agricultural experts for their opinion on the cereal. The answer is apparently not as easy as you might think.
